چگونه در مقاله به منابع و متون استناد بدهیم؟

استناد (Citation) به معنی سند قرار دادن سخن یا متنی پیشین است. نویسندگان به آثاری که ربطی موضوعی با نوشته آنان دارد ارجاع می دهند و کتابشناسی یا فهرست مآخذ (Bibliography; References) فهرست منابعی که در متن به آنها ارجاع داده شده است.

دلایل مختلفی برای استناد دادن ذکر شده است:

• برای حفظ امانت (سرقت علمی در کشور ما یک مشکل حاد است)،
• احترام به دیگران،
• برای مستند کردن مطالب،
• پشتیبانی از ادعاها و یافته های خود،
• تأیید یا رد نظر دیگران
•  متهم نشدن به سرقت علمی و محتوایی

همیشه فرمت رفرنس ها را با مجله هدف از نظر ارجاع درون متنی و برون متنی کنترل کنید. از نرم افزار های مدیریت اطلاعات علمی مثل اندنوت EndNote، مندلیMendeley یا زوترو Zotero استفاده کنید. این نرم افزارها ویرایش، فرمت بندی، اضافه کردن و حذف مراجع یا رفرنس ها را آسان می کند و در وقت شما صرفه جویی می کند. برخی مجلات در تعداد ماخذ محدودیت ایجاد می کنند. حتما با مجله هدف کنترل نمایید.

انواع استناد

1) استناد برون متنی

در این نوع استناد، سند مورد ارجاع در جایی خارج از متن، اعم از پایین صفحه، پایان فصل، یا انتهای متن درج می شود و در متن تنها نشانه یا نمادی، که معمولاً عدد است، سند مورد نظر را مشخص می کند. شيوه هاي استناد شيكاگو و ونكور در اين گروه قرار مي گيرند.

مثال 2: 

A number of active pharmaceutical ingredients in the drug development pipelines are prepared in the amorphous state in light of their poor aqueous solubility (1). In addition, many pharmaceutical excipients exist in the amorphous state, or are rendered amorphous in order to obtain the desired functionality (2). Since amorphous compounds are inherently less stable, both physically and chemically, than their crystalline counterparts, numerous investigations over the last decade expectedly focused on the stabilization of amorphous pharmaceuticals (3–4).

2) استناد دورن متنی

در این شیوه، پس از نقل مطلب در متن نوشته، مشخصات کوتاهی از مآخذ معمولاً شامل نام خانوادگی پدیدآورنده، تاریخ نشر و شماره صفحه به ترتیب در داخل کمانک می آید. شيوه هاي استناد انجمن روانشناسي آمريكا ( اي پي اي) و شيوه انجمن زبان مدرن آمريكا (ام ال اي) جزء اين دسته قرار
مي گيرند.

• یا پژوهشی که در گذشته در این زمینه انجام شده نشان می دهد که ….(معتمدنژاد، 1387).

مثال2:

Non-traditional methods of insulin delivery like insulin pumps, insulin inhalers and insulin pens have obvious advantages over traditional methods of delivery (Patni et al., 2006). Another promising non-traditional alternative is the delivery of insulin through skin. However, human skin provides a very efficient transport barrier ([Monteiro-Riviere, 1991] and [Monteiro-Riviere, 1996]) to delivery of protein molecules like insulin, due to their large size (>3000 Da) and weakly hydrophobic nature. Several physical and chemical methods have been developed to improve the permeation of insulin through human skin ([Scheuplein and Blank, 1973], [Pillai and Panchagnula, 2003a], [Rastogi and Singh, 2003] and [Pillai et al., 2004b]).

اینکه چه سبکی را انتخاب کنید بستگی به مجله هدفی دارد که قرار است مقاله خود را منتشر کنید. دستور عمومی برای ارجاع درون متنی یا به شکل (نویسنده ، تاریخ) یا به صورت عددی است. یعنی اولین رفرنسی که استفاده می کنید شماره یک به خود می گیرد.

در مورد ارجاع برون متنی حتما به نوع منبع توجه داشته باشید. شما به تدریج وقتی فهرست ماخذ مقالات را نگاه می کنید می توانید تشخیص دهید که نوع منبع، مقاله، کتاب، پایان نامه یا کنفرانس است.

دستور عمومی برای ارجاع برون متنی (یعنی در فهرست ماخذ):

🚩نام خانوادگی، نام نویسنده (سال). عنوان مقاله. عنوان نشریه، سال (شماره): صفحه.
🚩نام خانوادگی، نام نویسنده (سال). عنوان کتاب. محل نشر: ناشر.
🚩نام خانوادگی، نام نویسنده پایان نامه. عنوان پایان نامه. (مقطع تحصیلی، دانشگاه، سال)
